Orders and Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can my order be cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities per customer, or refuse service where fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation is suspected. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Are your posture correctors medical devices?
No. Our posture correctors are designed for general wellness support only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals. If you have a diagnosed condition or are recovering from an injury, please consult your GP or physiotherapist before use.
Returns and Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, posture correctors that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-faulty, change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at support@alignlab.co.uk and wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
