🔒 RETURN & REFUND POLICY (Premium + Protected)

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

🧼 Hygiene & Product Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, posture correctors that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

This helps ensure all customers receive brand-new, safe products.


🔁 Change of Mind Returns

We understand preferences can change.

For non-faulty returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

⚠️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation

📦 Return Approval Process (Important)

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Send the item back as instructed

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our policy.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your provider
